With your knee slightly bent, start measuring from the center of the kneecap. Measure 5 1/2 inches up your thigh for circumference. Then, from the center of the kneecap, measure 4 3/4 inches down your calf for circumference. Ensure your measuring tape is neither too loose nor too tight. Refer to our sizing chart and video for precise measurements.
