For the best fit, measure from the center of your kneecap up 5.5 inches to your thigh, and around your thigh for circumference. Measure 4.75 inches down from the kneecap to your calf, and around your calf for circumference. Ensure the measuring tape is neither too loose nor too tight. Refer to the sizing chart and video for accurate sizing.
